NMOS differential amplifier is fabricated in a technology for which |VA| = 5 V/um. All the transistors have L=0.5um. If the differential-pair transistors are operated at Vov = 0.25 V, what open-circuit differential gain is realized? Part 2 Simulate the circuit in LTSpice using generic transistor models. You may need to modify the parameters for W and L in the advanced properties window of the devices. Use W = 1um and L = 0.5um. Set the DC bias of the two input voltage sources such that Vov = 0.25 V. Use VDD = -VSS = 5 V. Use a 10mV amplitude sine wave with a frequency of 1kHz for the input differential signal. Show the results of the simulation and report the gain. Does the simulated circuit match expectations?
